The regular Support Pilot serves one website with one knowledge base. Multi-Domain serves multiple websites — each domain gets its own separate knowledge base, brand voice, widget styling, and escalation routing, all managed from a single dashboard.
How many websites can one Multi-Domain agent support?
On the Pro tier, up to approximately 10 domains comfortably. On the Enterprise tier, 25 or more depending on traffic per domain. There is no hard cap — the practical limit is total chat volume across all your sites combined.
Can each domain have its own escalation channel?
Yes. Each domain is configured independently. Brand A can escalate to Zendesk, Brand B to Slack, Brand C to Freshdesk. The dashboard shows all routes in one place but they fire per domain.
Can different domains have different chat widget styling?
Yes. Each domain gets its own widget color, position, opening message, and brand voice. The widget loads correctly per domain when the chat script is embedded on that site.
Do my domains share customer data?
No. Each domain has its own knowledge base and chat history, isolated within the same dedicated instance. Conversations on Brand A's site cannot be retrieved from Brand B's widget — the right pattern for agency-client confidentiality.
Why is Multi-Domain only on Pro and Enterprise tiers?
Running multiple knowledge bases and concurrent widgets in parallel requires more memory and CPU than a single-domain agent. The Lite and Standard tiers don't have enough compute headroom to serve multiple distinct domains reliably. Pro is the smallest tier that handles real multi-domain workloads.
Can I add or remove domains over time?
