About Agent Launch

Every production system worth running gets its own dedicated infrastructure. Your database does. Your email server does. Your storefront does. So why is the AI industry trying to convince small businesses to run their most customer-facing work on shared, multi-tenant servers?

That question is why Agent Launch exists.

The thesis: specialists, not one generalist

The popular story about AI is that one giant general-purpose model will eventually do every job in your business. We do not believe that. The work that actually runs a business is done by specialists. A point-of-sale system is not a spreadsheet. A payment processor is not an email server. A customer support team is not a sales team.

AI is no different. The right architecture for a small or mid-sized business is not one general AI trying to do everything. It is a small team of purpose-built AI specialists, each trained for a specific job, each isolated on its own infrastructure, each priced for what it actually costs to run.

That is what Agent Launch builds.

What Agent Launch is

Agent Launch is a platform that hosts AI agents on dedicated cloud infrastructure — one cloud server per customer, no shared multi-tenant containers, no noisy neighbors. We host two kinds of agents on the same platform: purpose-built specialists trained for one job (like Support Pilot, our live AI customer support agent), and general-purpose agents like OpenClaw — also live and available on every plan — for the work that does not fit a specialist mold.

You pick an agent, pick a plan, and the platform provisions a dedicated cloud server for you in about 4 minutes. No setup calls. No sales process. Month-to-month, starting at $29/mo.

The full catalog of what is live today and what is on the roadmap lives on /agents. The short version:

Live now
  • Support Pilot — AI customer support specialist for websites.
  • OpenClaw — general-purpose AI agent for coding and build-it-yourself workflows.
Purpose-built specialists in development
  • AI Phone Receptionist — answers calls for local service businesses.
  • AI Review Reply Agent — drafts Google and Yelp review responses in your brand voice.
  • Company Brain — internal knowledge search across files, wikis, and shared drives.
More general-purpose agents in development
  • Hermes — research, content, and outbound work.
  • Agent Zero — general autonomy for teams that define the job themselves.

No committed release dates on the roadmap. The next specialist we build is decided by customer demand.

Plans from $29 USD/month.

Why dedicated infrastructure matters

Most AI agent platforms put every customer on the same shared servers. That keeps their costs down and pushes the risk onto you: unpredictable performance when a neighbor has a busy day, data co-mingled with other customers' data, security boundaries that depend on someone else's container isolation, and pricing that climbs the moment your usage spikes.

Dedicated infrastructure flips all of that. Your agent runs on its own server. Your data stays in your own environment. Your performance does not depend on what another customer is doing. Your monthly bill is predictable because the resources are reserved for you.

This is how the rest of your business runs already — your database, your email, your storefront. It should be how your AI runs too. It costs us more to run this way. We think it is the right architecture for production AI.

Who is building this

Agent Launch is built by Mike Kramer, founder and CEO of Right Angles Technologies Inc., the parent company. Mike has been engineering electronic and software systems since 1980, starting his career as the service manager and repair technician at The Computer Store in Santa Monica, California — the very first retail computer store in the world — debugging machines down to the chip level.

He has spent the four-plus decades since delivering production systems for businesses where downtime cost real money — managed services, custom software, and the kind of infrastructure work that gets you a 2 a.m. phone call if you do it wrong. Right Angles Technologies has been the operating company behind that work for more than two decades.

Agent Launch is the result of taking that operator experience and applying it to a new category — AI agents. Every business, large and small, should be able to have a dedicated enterprise-class agent at a fair price.

It is a focused product company building software that small businesses can actually afford to run, owned and operated by the people who designed it.

Vetted by the people who build the AI

Agent Launch is a member of Anthropic's Claude for Startups program. Anthropic builds Claude, one of the leading large language models in the industry, and the program is reserved for startups building serious products on top of that technology.

Membership is not a customer relationship — Anthropic is our supplier, not our customer — but it signals two useful things: the technology under the hood is at the frontier of what is possible right now, and the team building Agent Launch was vetted by the people who build the underlying AI before being admitted to the program.

Who Agent Launch is for

We build for businesses of every size that need AI that actually does the work, on infrastructure they can trust, at a price that respects their margins. Whether you are a solo operator running everything yourself or a larger company that has been quoted six figures for the same capability elsewhere, Agent Launch is built for you.
