Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agent-Launch.com (the "Service"), operated by Right Angles Technologies Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Agent Responsibility & Indemnification

You are solely responsible for all actions, outputs, and consequences of your deployed AI agents.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Right Angles Technologies Inc., Agent-Launch.com, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your agent's actions, outputs, or behavior
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content generated by your agents

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service or your deployed agents to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Spread misinformation or engage in deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any prohibited or unlawful purpose

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Billing & Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGHT ANGLES TECHNOLOGIES INC. AND AGENT-LAUNCH.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
