Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Agent-Launch.com is owned and operated by Right Angles Technologies Inc.

IMPORTANT: Right Angles Technologies Inc. provides Agent-Launch.com services on a "best effort" basis with NO uptime guarantees.

1. Service Availability

Right Angles Technologies Inc. strives to provide reliable service but makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Uptime or availability of your agents
  • Continuity of service
  • Response times or performance
  • Recovery time after outages

We operate on a best effort basis and will work to restore service as quickly as possible during outages, but provide no guaranteed timeframes.

2. Infrastructure Dependencies

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers including:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Supabase
  • Stripe
  • Other cloud services

Service availability is subject to the availability and performance of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.

3. Maintenance & Downtime

We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time, which may result in service downtime. We will attempt to provide advance notice when possible, but emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

4. No Liability for Downtime

Right Angles Technologies Inc. and Agent-Launch.com are NOT liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from:

  • Service outages or interruptions
  • Downtime or unavailability of your agents
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Failed deployments or updates
  • Performance degradation
  • Third-party infrastructure failures

5. Data Backup & Recovery

While we implement reasonable backup practices, we do NOT guarantee data recovery or backup availability. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any critical data or configurations.

6. Support

Support is provided on a best effort basis via email. We do not guarantee:

  • Response time to support requests
  • Resolution time for issues
  • 24/7 support availability

7. Acceptance of Risk

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Cloud infrastructure may experience outages
  • Your agents may become unavailable at any time
  • Data loss is possible despite backup efforts
  • Performance may vary based on infrastructure conditions
  • You accept these risks and will not hold Right Angles Technologies Inc. or Agent-Launch.com liable

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Right Angles Technologies Inc. and Agent-Launch.com harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from service downtime, outages, or unavailability affecting your use of the Service.
