1. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use the Service or your deployed agents for:
Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
- Facilitating or promoting illegal activities
- Money laundering or fraud
- Distribution of illegal content
Harmful Content
- Generating content that promotes violence, terrorism, or extremism
- Creating or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Producing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content exploiting minors
- Generating content that incites hatred or discrimination
Deception & Misinformation
- Creating deepfakes or impersonating individuals without disclosure
- Spreading deliberate misinformation or disinformation
- Engaging in fraud or scams
- Manipulating or deceiving users
Privacy Violations
- Collecting personal information without consent
- Violating data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Stalking, doxing, or harassing individuals
- Unauthorized surveillance or monitoring
Intellectual Property
- Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Distributing pirated content
- Circumventing digital rights management (DRM)
System Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Network scanning or penetration testing without authorization
- Cryptocurrency mining without disclosure and consent
- Excessive resource consumption that impacts other users
Spam & Manipulation
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
- Manipulating rankings, reviews, or social media engagement
- Click fraud or ad fraud
- Automated account creation for malicious purposes
2. AI-Specific Requirements
You must:
- Monitor your agent's behavior and outputs regularly
- Implement appropriate safeguards and content filters
- Disclose when users are interacting with an AI agent (where applicable)
- Ensure your agent complies with AI ethics guidelines
- Take immediate action if your agent produces harmful outputs
3. Responsibility & Liability
You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for your agent's actions and outputs
- AI agents may produce unpredictable or unintended outputs
- You must implement controls to prevent harmful behavior
- You are liable for any damages caused by your agent
- Right Angles Technologies Inc. and Agent-Launch.com are not responsible for your agent's actions
4. Monitoring & Enforcement
Right Angles Technologies Inc. reserves the right to:
- Monitor usage for compliance with this policy
- Investigate suspected violations
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement
- Cooperate with legal investigations
5. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Warning or notice to cease prohibited activity
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination of your account without refund
- Legal action to recover damages
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
6. Reporting Violations
